In December 2010, Cooper-Standard Automotive has engaged Chazey Partners to establish a business case and help conduct its overall execution of centralising its shared services located in 5 countries within Europe to a location in Poland. Following the successful completion of centralisation, Chazey was invited again to help lead and support the actual implementation and end-to-end roll-out of Finance Shared Services across Cooper-Standard Automotive’s in-scope Finance processes, supporting all relevant operating business units, legal entities and locations, working in close partnership with the internal Cooper Standard team
