Phil Searle

Phil is the Founder and Strategic Advisor at Chazey Partners, bringing over 25 years of global leadership experience in Finance, Shared Services, Technology, and Outsourcing.

Before founding Chazey Partners, Phil served as Group Vice President and CFO at Cendant TDS International, overseeing all aspects of Finance across four continents. His responsibilities included Decision Support, FP&A, Controllership, and Shared Services for both Finance and HR.

Earlier in his career, Phil was VP of Finance and Corporate Controller at 3Com Corporation, where he spearheaded transformative initiatives in organizational design, technology enablement, and service delivery. He played a key role in the global rollout of ERP systems and Shared Services across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Support functions.

Phil is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BA Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Exeter. He is also an active member of Financial Executives International (FEI).
