Shaji Farooq is a seasoned business leader with over 37 years of global experience in driving strategic transformation, scaling operations, and delivering consistent, predictable growth across diverse markets and industries.

He is widely recognized for his ability to redefine business strategy, realign services to organizational strengths, and unlock new growth opportunities through innovative service models and operational excellence.

A holder of 40 technology and process patents, Shaji has held senior executive roles at leading global organizations including IBM, ATOS, Wipro, Infosys, and Diamond Technology Partners. He currently serves on the Board of Maveric Systems, contributing his deep expertise in digital transformation and enterprise growth.

Shaji holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from IIT Bombay.
