As Director of Business Operations at Chazey Partners in Bogotá, Colombia, he has successfully led the rapid ramp-up of a finance shared services center—growing to over 100 employees in less than six months.

Marco’s career includes senior leadership roles at Newtech Global, Alorica, and Teleperformance, where he managed teams of up to 900 people and oversaw more than $30M in annual revenue. His leadership has delivered measurable impact, including:
