Emily has over seven years of experience in financial and data analysis, along with three years of project management experience, supporting multibillion-dollar organizations across both public and private sectors. Her work has primarily focused on HR, Finance, and Procurement, where she leverages data to drive strategic decision-making, uncover cost-saving opportunities, and identify areas for process improvement.

Since joining Chazey Partners in 2020, Emily has contributed to numerous business transformation projects, bringing a strong analytical mindset to complex challenges. Her ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations has played a key role in optimizing operations, enhancing negotiation strategies, and improving organizational performance.

She also brings experience as a technology lead, supporting the implementation of automation solutions. A UiPath Certified RPA Associate, Emily has applied robotic process automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve data accuracy.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University, where she studied Business Analytics and Marketing. She is known for her collaborative approach, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and vendors.
