Throughout 2008 and 2009 the Chazey team delivered a Shared Service Organisation (SSO), providing end-to-end HR capabilities from ‘hire to retire’. The overall delivery model included payroll services, pensions administration, recruitment, onboarding, training, and board reporting. The visible success of this HR implementation was complimented by the simultaneous creation of a Finance SSO incorporating Invoice to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report.
