During the event, Chazey led a workshop on ” Robotic Process Automation (RPA) 101: Identify, Prioritize & Implement a Successful Intelligent Automation Pilot Program”. The workshop was highly regarded by the attendees. Guy Kirkwood from UiPath particularly commented on this workshop at his twitter feed, saying “… an excellent workshop from Chazey Partners…”
A the workshop, Phil Searle, CEO of Chazey Partners, took the attendees through the definitions, context and evolution of RPA and IA that leaders need to understand before embarking on an IA initiative. The workshop also presented a simple demonstration of RPA and ended with IA case studies showing how automation can be leveraged, including in the most “barren” technology landscapes.
