The session was titled ‘Making the Leap from CFO to CEO’ and focused on how to build on the strengths gained from a career in finance in making this transition. Mr. Searle, a long-time member of FEI, shared his experience in making this challenging leap and provided the attendees with insights and advice to help them make the transition.

Phil is a globally recognized expert in business transformation, Shared Services, offshoring, and outsourcing. Prior to Chazey Partners, he was Group Vice President and CFO of Cendant TDS’s International Markets Division. Before Cendant, he was VP Finance and Corporate Controller at 3Com Corporation, where he headed the Corporate Controller Function and the Worldwide Shared Finance Services team
