Victoria Moore is an experienced project manager and is an expert on Chazey methodology. She has led and contributed to many transformation projects across her five years with Chazey Partners, including Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Education, and other services.

Victoria’s focus is enabling teams to design streamlined and efficient business processes for the benefit of clients, employees and organizations. With excellent critical thinking and analysis skills, she is able to clearly communicate solutions and drive change. Victoria’s approach reflects the complex goals and needs of organizations in order to achieve sustainable transformation.

Victoria has gained a diverse perspective on business from her extensive experience with not-for-profit (NFP) organizations, government agencies, and in industry. She has extensive skills in process design, standardization, & documentation, as well as employee transition, organizational design, marketing, graphic design, and communications. Victoria is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute, and holds a BFA from the University of British Columbia.
