Founded in 1993, FormFactor, Inc. is a leader in advanced wafer probe cards, which are used by semiconductor manufacturers to electrically test integrated circuits, or ICs.

Chazey Partners was engaged by FormFactor in 2009 to establish an offshore global Finance Shared Services Center in Singapore. The project included optimizing FormFactor’s end to end processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Payroll, and Fixed Assets).
