Chazey Partners, a practitioners-led global management consultancy firm specializing in business transformation, and Shared Services and outsourcing, were invited to present as Shared Services experts at an industry conference organized by Colombian Chamber of BPOs and Contact Centers early this year.

The event was to celebrate the launch of the Shared Services section under Colombian Chamber of BPOs and Contact Centers. Esteban Carril, Managing Director, and Ivan Carrillo, Senior Project Manager of Chazey Partners Latin America, joined the event and presented a workshop on key trends and best practices for shared services in Latin America.
