Chazey Partners advises ISA to implement and expand their Shared Services Center

[January 2022] Chazey Partners, a global management consulting firm specializing in Shared Services, is proud to support ISA in the implementation and expansion of their multifunctional Shared Services Center (SSC).

ISA an electric power company with five separate divisions, wanted to connect the business better.  Beginning with Human Talent in 2018, ISAs SSC has now expanded to include Administration, Finance, and Procurement to achieve this.

The main objective of connecting better was to improve the strategic thinking of the organisation, by moving away from transaction processes.  With the help and advice from Chazey Partners, they were able to select the most transactional tasks for their SSC, so employees could focus on higher value-added services instead.
