Frank Robinson

Group Chief Executive Officer
Get to know Frank

Frank is the Group CEO of QX Global Group.  He joined the company in 2019 as Commercial Director, having previously held senior sales and marketing roles with some of the UK’s largest and fastest growing food businesses – for the last 15 years at Board level.

He was promoted to Group CEO in October 2019, and is responsible for leading the Executive Board and the senior leadership team in the day-to-day running of the Company’s business, consistent with the strategy and commercial objectives agreed by the Board.

Frank graduated from Sheffield City Polytechnic with BTEC Business Studies and has since gained an Executive MBA from ECR Europe’s Progressive Management Programme, where he studied at INSEAD, Paris; Wharton University, Pennsylvania; St Gallen University, Switzerland; MSU, Germany; and London Business School.

Phil Searle

CEO, Chazey Partners and Chief Transformation Officer, QX Global Group
Get to know Phil

Phil is the Founder and CEO of Chazey Partners. He has more than 25 years of experience in Finance, Shared Services, Technology and Outsourcing. Prior to Chazey Partners, he was Group VP and CFO of Cendant TDS International, which encompassed all areas of Finance across four continents, including Decision Support, Financial Planning & Analysis, Controllership and Financial plus certain HR Shared Services.

Prior to Cendant, Phil was VP Finance and Corporate Controller at 3Com Corporation. He led far reaching organizational, technology, service delivery and business process improvement initiatives resulting in the global roll-out of ERP solutions and Shared Services encompassing Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Support.

Phil is a Chartered Accountant and has a BA Honors Degree in Economics from the University of Exeter. He is a member of Financial Executives International (FEI).

Russell Michna

Russell is responsible for the development of customer relationships, brand management as well as the back-office operations for Chazey Partners. He has a proven history of delivery complex projects including the reorganization of multiple business functions, organizational rebranding and multiple product launches. He has 10 years of experience in finance, marketing and operations and is well suited to supporting leadership teams to create employee centric and customer focused projects.

Russell is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and has a bachelor and master degree from Western Illinois University.

Esteban Carril

Executive Director Latin America
Get to know Esteban

Esteban is an executive with 20 years of Finance, Shared Services and Operations management experience in different multinational companies. Prior to joining Chazey, he held several top management positions in Latin America.

He was the Latin America Shared Service Director for Latin America at EMC Corporation where he was responsible for establishing and optimizing a multi-task shared service center across the whole region. Prior to EMC, he was the Latin Shared Service Director for 3Com where he led the rollout of SAP in 8 Latin American countries while also responsible for the transformation into a Shared Services model.

Esteban is a CPA graduated in Universidad de Buenos Aires and have an executive MBA degree with honors from IAE, Universidad Austral. He also attended management and leadership courses at Wharton School and Babson College. Esteban is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Chuy Michel

Vice President of Intelligent Automation

Chuy has 20+ years of experience in the IT industry, focused on Shared Services, process transformation and RPA. He is co-founder of Valce Talent Solutions, an IT firm focused on Talent Attraction, Staffing & Nearshore. He is also responsible for the Global Intelligent Automation Business Unit with Chazey Partners, helping clients in their Intelligent Automation journey shaped by the confluence of digital workforce AI and data. As a Global Delivery Chuy is responsible for RPA CoEs Design and Implementation, Bot Development, Managed Services, across multiple software platforms.

Chuy has also setup centers starting from scratch and has built Shared Services expertise across all enterprise processes for both SAP & Oracle, Chuy has implemented innovative GBS offerings, including an RPA Center of Excellence & Marketing Shared Services. Chuy has led a strategic process for a global company to optimize delivery locations around the world and led the transition of large missions.

Chuy is an Industrial Engineer, has earned an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and has been a columnist for Nearshore Americas and SSON, plus he holds a US patent issued in 2008. Chuy’s enjoys playing squash and jogging. He’s passionate about all sports and is a Chiva’s fan, which is the most famous Mexican soccer team and who hold the Mexican league record for the longest winning streak at the beginning of a season, with 8 consecutive wins.

Emer O’Kelly

Regional Director EMEA
Get to know Emer

Emer has always been involved in change and business reorganization of one kind or another even in the line roles held before he moved definitively into business transformation some dozen years ago, after first working with Phil Searle in 2006. The strong belief that is it possible and necessary to couple the constant force of change with an empathetic approach has been key to achieving that change effectively and professionally in his many roles.

Previous roles included Finance Director, CFO and COO for companies of different sizes across various industries and geographical spread and also encompassed leading HR, IT, Legal and Treasury. More recently, there have been a series of significant transformation projects involving multiple functions, mainly across the European region. Emer is a Chartered Accountant (Ireland) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). The combination of formal finance and marketing training along with a tremendously varied range of experience gives him a very wide perspective on business and client requirements, which has served him well in his career.

Outside of work has been pretty hectic too, with milestones such as swimming the English Channel, doing an Ironman triathlon, running the London Marathon and cycling Alpe D’Huez among a host of other activities he has been lucky enough to enjoy in the company of like-minded people.

Chas Moore

Chas Moore is the Vice President of Transformation for QX Chazey Partners, currently heading up the Integration Management Office, while actively supporting several Chazey projects with advisory support, quality assurance, and technical expertise. Chas joined the Chazey team ten years ago and led several of our major projects as the senior project manager in the private sector (Gilead Sciences, Varian Medical Services), higher education (University of California System, Claremont University Consortium), and government (US Department of Health & Human Services, Canadian Department of Fisheries and Oceans). Chas is passionate about practical solutions for complex systems. Throughout his career, Chas has gravitated towards the challenging roles that required new thinking and innovation.

With over 25 years of experience, Chas has held several senior roles including chief financial officer, internal auditor, corporate director, college instructor, and vice president. Chas is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), professional facilitator, trained public speaker, certified in business continuity management, and holds a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the University of British Columbia.

Early in his career, Chas was heading towards becoming a medical doctor, but a lack of desire for the sight of blood and live germs, drove him towards accounting and working in healthcare administration for fourteen years, before joining Chazey Partners. Chas recently earned his black belt in Chito-Ryu Karate and continues to train as work and travel allows.

Christina Exarchou

Senior Human Resources Lead

Christina joined Chazey Partners in 2011 as the HR Lead for the HR projects for Chazey, including HR transformation, strategy, planning and execution, SSC implementation, process design and technology implementation for the HR function. She also supports Work Council and Union approach and communications. Some of the clients that Christina has worked with leading the HR Stream are Coca Cola Hellenic (CCH), Coca Cola Icecek (CCI), UC Davis, UC RASC, Akamai, Varian, Manpower and Herbalife Nutrition.

Christina is a HR functional expert with over 20 years of experience in senior management roles in Human Resources with global companies. Her work roles prior to joining Chazey Partners were in the financial sector with Thomson Reuters, as Head of Human Resources for CEE, which is part of EMEA. Christina has successfully managed the HR function for re-organization and restructuring projects that yielded major cost savings while maintaining top line growth, staff engagement and satisfaction. She is an expert in managing change programs and assisting organizations that are going through a transition due to changes in processes, changes in roles and responsibilities, and organizational re-alignment.

Christina has a bachelor’s degree from The American College of Greece – Deree College and a master’s degree from University of Indianapolis (US). Christina enjoys skiing in Greece and abroad, she is a volunteer in several animal rescue centers in Greece, enjoys travelling and recently started painting and drawing lessons online.

Carolina Puentes Hernández

Carolina joined Chazey Partners in 2020 as a senior consultant in charge of leading and implementing the Change Management strategy for the Força Latin America Project. She has had the opportunity to work as an Advisor, Communicator, Analyst, Tutor, Coordinator and Consultant, which has allowed her to grow and develop. She also had the possibility of providing her services in companies such as the Medellín Metro, Grupo Logistics TCC, Grupo EPM, Grupo Bancolombia, Mayor’s Office of Medellín, among others.

Carolina holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from UMECIT, a Master’s degree in Project Management from the European Postgraduate Institute, a Communicator and Corporate Relations Specialist from the University of Medellín. She has a Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci and a Human Change Management Professional from the Human Change Institute.

Carolina inside and outside of work is very similar, cheerful, passionate, structured, committed and responsible. She has an exercise that allows her to move like Rumba, Cycling and GAP, she loves cooking, listening to electronic music, painting mandalas, she enjoys being at the seaside, and she love the countryside as well. She is a dynamic and active person open to changes and continuous learning.

Paulina Lozada

Human Resources and Finance Lead
Get to know Paulina

Paulina joined Chazey Partners in 2018 and have lead transformation work around Human Resources, P2P and General Accounting for multinational companies such as IMERYS, SAS and Herbalife. The interaction with internal and external customers has strengthen her customer oriented and leadership skills.

She has more than 15 years of experience, the last 8 have been in Shared Service Centers and Customer Care Centers mainly focusing on the design, implementation, and operation for multinational companies. She has also led several Kaizen events (LEAN methodology) which have result in more efficient and effective processes.

Paulina is Mexican and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and an Advance Degree in Taxes, from La Salle University in Mexico City. She loves training, swimming, indoor cycling, travel and try new restaurants.

Alejandra Posada

Change Management Lead
Get to know Alejandra

Alejandra joined Chazey Partners in 2021 as an independent consultant and then as part of the organization. She is responsible for leading and aligning the human side of change with the strategic objectives of the projects we develop for our clients. Prior to joining Chazey, she led change management strategies in digital transformation projects, ERP implementations such as SAP S4/Hanna, SAP Ariba, Hybris, Dynamic Routing projects, Transport Telematics, organizational transformations of companies in the utilities, and telecommunications sector.

Alejandra has a master’s degree in TV Communication and is certified as a Change Management Practitioner by Prosci Inc. and in the ADKAR method. She received training in The Science of Well-Being from Yale University (USA) and has a degree in Social Communication – Journalism. Alejandra recharges herself by being in contact with nature and this made her move to a country house where she can enjoy the many varieties of birds and trees around her.

Aimee Nakhlé

Change and Communication Manager

Aimee joined Chazey Partners as a senior consultant supporting the University of California’s Laboratory Human Resource transformation initiative. Most recently, she leads the Change Management and Communication strategies for a global, multi-phased transformation project with Chazey Partners. Aimee’s diverse experience in consultancy, operations management, human capital management and healthcare administration has allowed her to recognize business opportunities from both a scientific and theoretical sense.

Her strength lies in developing and communicating meaningful approaches to people management while building and implementing scalable technologies and processes that provide an organization with transformative results. Prior to joining Chazey Partners, Aimee co-founded a consultancy firm offering compliance and operation services across a variety of industries. Her previous leadership experiences include serving as COO for a private Medical Genetics Center and Director of Operations for Alere Genetics in Chapel Hill, NC.

Aimee holds a master’s degree in Public Health/Healthcare Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree in Genetics from North Carolina State University. Self-diagnosed with a severe case of wanderlust, Aimee is the first to say “yes” to a good adventure. She splits her time between Raleigh, North Carolina and New Orleans, Louisiana where she spends her free time enjoying the local culture, food and music in LA and the beautiful outdoor activities of NC. Her love for travel is only rivalled by her love and compassion for animals. One day she hopes to start an animal sanctuary in her partner’s home country of South Africa.

Gemma Grau Perez

Gemma leads the design, strategic planning, and delivery of all knowledge transfer and training activities, enabling the success of the business transformation’s programs and the future sustainability of the company’s knowledge assets. Joining Chazey in 2021, she has worked with multiple clients worldwide and has established global upskilling and reskilling programs and knowledge networks in Finance, HR, and Members Services. Gemma has also delivered high-impact Change Management activities and Business Process Transformation programs.

Gemma has 20 years of experience in business transformation both in-house and as an independent consultant. She has held leadership roles in Oil & Gas, Finance, and Creative Industries in Business Process Improvement, Quality, and Transformation. As a consultant, she has provided expert advice to international companies, non-profit organizations, and public institutions like the European Commission. Gemma is also a lecturer and an author. Her research areas include knowledge transfer in volatile environments and the impact of knowledge networks on ventures’ resilience, sustainability, and growth.

Gemma holds a MA in Business Administration from the University of Barcelona -Spain- and she is currently reading for a Ph.D. at Goldsmiths University of London -UK-. Gemma is also a certified Master Black Belt and a Design Thinking practitioner.

Monica Avila

Monica joined Chazey Partners in 2016 as IT Business Process Integrator leading the technology landscape for Latin America, since 2019 she is responsible for managing transformation and shared services implementation projects as Project Manager. Monica has more than 14 years of Business Process Management and Shared Services experience from different industries. She has led multidisciplinary and multinational teams.

Her experience includes the design, automation of processes and BPM implementations; optimization and migration of Shared Services Centers, processes optimization and cost reduction initiatives in IT, Contact Center, HRM, Maintain Facilities and Accounts Payable processes. Prior Chazey she worked in different projects such as Senior Process Consultant and Project Manager for companies like Ecopetrol, Alfa Group, Colombian Institute of Credit and Technical Studies Abroad, General Command of Military Colombian Forces; as well as BPM Lecturer and instructor for several Colombian Universities.

Monica finished her studies as Systems and Telecommunications Engineer at Sergio Arboleda University and has a Master´s degree in Management and Information Technologies from Externado University. Certified in ISO9001, Six Sigma, BPM, RPA and COBIT 4.0. Monica enjoys working out and doing functional training, which is her way to escapes from the day-to-day worries.

Ezequiel Rizzo

Ezequiel joined Chazey Partners in 2016 and is responsible for managing transformation and shared services implementation projects. For Chazey Partners he has led end-to-end SSC projects coordinating internal and external resources for the implementation of the SSC in Dos Pinos, Ledesma, Alicorp and Manpower. Ezequiel is an executive with more than 20 years of Accounting, Finance, and Shared Services experience in different multinational companies.

He worked for 5 years in Outsourcing and Management Accounting at the Big 4 Companies, 10 years at Dell-EMC (IT industry) playing different leadership roles, including Shared Services Director and Finance and Operations Controller. Ezequiel is a Public Accountant graduating from Buenos Aires University and also has a Master´s degree in Business Administration from CEMA University.

He also has a degree in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) from the Institute of Humanistic Investigations. Ezequiel enjoys playing football and tennis. He is also starting to fall in love with running hoping to run a half-marathon soon.

Alejandro Macias

Alejandro has worked with Chazey Partners for over 10 years and has 20 years of experience in business leadership, management and Shared Services. He managed several multifunction and multi-region shared services programs in different industries in Latin America.

His broad shared services experience covers from strategy setting, project management, business case development, change management, implementation and optimization. He has extensive experience in organizational redesign, compensation analysis, competency analysis and employee transition plans specifically focused in shared services organizations.

Prior joining Chazey, he worked at Grupo Posadas where he was the Human Resources Director and internally led the shared services implementation. Alejandro is a Certified Public Accountant and Bachelor in Business Administration with post-graduation studies in Human Resources. He also got a Project Management diplomat from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial.

James (Jim) Leedy

Jim joined Chazey in 2018 and has served as a PM for business transformation engagements with companies in fast moving Consumer Goods, Construction, and Higher Education verticals. Prior to joining Chazey Jim held roles over a 35 year career in Operational Finance and Shared Services at the Executive Level in Technology (Hardware/Software/Storage), Construction and Higher Education including Call Center Management.

His experience includes working at Hewlett Packard, Red Hat, Tandberg Data, Peterbilt Motors, Eaton, and most recently the University of California prior to joining Chazey.

Jim has an B.A. in Finance from Mt. Union University, MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and is a graduate of the Executive MBA course at Wharton. Jim enjoys spending time with family, volunteering, and a variety of outdoor activities.

Jose Juan Castillo

Jose Juan is project manager with a focus on finance & administration, accounting, payables, receivables, and IT processes. He joined Chazey Partners in 2020. His experience includes the implementation and improvement of SSC and business processes in Finance & Administration. He has led multidisciplinary teams as manager of operational and service delivery areas in Shared Services Centers.

Jose Juan has a Master Business Administration degree from ITESM and an IT bachelor’s degree from UNAM. On a personal level, Jose Juan is a believer of continuous learning and improvement. He is a passionate of tennis and can be found playing and enjoying it.

Jim Emerick

Senior Procurement Lead

Jim joined Chazey Partners in 2019 and has project managed transformations initiatives with large multinational public companies, private technology firms and higher education. He has also consulted with clients regarding supply chain, procurement, logistics and operations transformations. Jim brings more than 35 years of procurement, project management, finance, IT tool integration, and supply chain transformation leadership, driving process efficiency and increased client value. He knows how to create and guide high performing teams, collaborating across a wide spectrum of conditions, from back-office finance functions to R&D and New Product Introduction, through volume production as well as Capital projects.

Jim has led global organizations at the Ford Motor Company – including foreign service, Honeywell and Checkpoint Systems, with multiple sites and brands and successfully transformed operating models. He is both a leader that delivers on committed goals as well as transformations to improved levels of performance. Specialties include Category Management, Supply Market Intelligence, Financial Accounting and Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Operations and Shared Services, ERP Implementation, Strategic Sourcing, Source to Pay leadership and Lean Process Improvement.

Jim has an MBA in Finance as well as a BSBA in Procurement and Human Resources from Bowling Green State University. He and his wife Tess live in Boise, Idaho – one of the fastest growing parts of the US, where they enjoy the charm of the city, and the mix of local arts, entertainment, and well-known scenic beauty. This includes being patrons of the Boise Philharmonic, where daughter Allison is the principal flutist.

Gerald Sackey-Addo

Gerald joined Chazey Partners in 2021 and has been supporting clients with their finance Business Process transformation strategies, from discovery to deployment and whilst ensuring their future readiness. Gerald is a fully qualified Chartered Management Accountant with 18 years international experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Mining, and Travel industries.

His portfolio of experience spans the areas of finance controllership, business process transformation, strategic decision support, manufacturing accounting, compliance, and global business services (GBS). A tenacious Finance professional and an Accelerated Delivery Practitioner (ADP), Gerald has a passion for Finance Digital Transformation. Gerald holds a Bachelors (Honours) degree in Accounting & Finance and is, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants England & Wales. He has lived and worked in the EU & West Africa.

Gerald is a jazz music fanatic, often frequenting the popular Ronnie Scott’s Jazz club in London when time permits. In addition, Gerald is an avid lover of classic cars. Furthermore, he enjoys playing draughts and basketball.

Meena Veeramalla

Meena joined Chazey Partners in 2021 as a senior responsible for various finance and accounting processes with special focus on P2P, R2R and O2C. She brings 12+ years of valuable experience working in large multinationals’ shared service centres. Her tryst with transition & transformation started 10 years ago when she was appointed Process Excellence Lead for The Hertz Corporation European SSC. A 2-year stint in Dubai exposed her to Middle Eastern work culture as well as earned her high accolades for transitioning end-to-end P2P process for a conglomerate namely Majid Al Futtaim. Gained project management experience with Kerry Group in a Financial Control Transformation Lead, for Europe & Russia and other special finance projects.

Meena holds a degree in Commerce & accounting, a PGD in Management Information Systems and is a Certified Chartered Accountant. She is a prize winning ACCA fellow, also qualified to work on Lean Six Sigma concepts. Outside of work, Meena is a mother of two beautiful young kids and a husband with whom not only she shares her wedding anniversary 😉 but also her birthday! She is gregarious person who enjoys and lives life to the fullest. Very passionate about being with people, absolutely loves to try new adventures through travel, food and cultures. She is an adrenalin junkie who loves to cook and equally loves to eat………avid believer of what you do, comes back to you!

Matias Garavano

He participated as a Business Process Integrator in a wide range of assignments, such as implementing global shared services organizations and optimizing existing structures. Matias has a successful + 15 years track record in pharmaceutical, consumer products, telecommunications, and software industries at Fortune 150 companies. His background includes General Accounting, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Treasury, Finance, Legal, Contact Center, and Procurement. Matias has a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He also completed an MBA. Lastly, he is a big fan of music! He enjoys going to music concerts and has professional karaoke equipment at home, even though he is far from a pro.

Viviana is a results-oriented Economist, MBA, and PMP consulting practitioner, with more than 15 years of experience in design and implementation of Operating Model, Business Model, Organizational Transformation, Shared Services, Robotics, Business Cases, Cost Management Model and Design, PMO and Process Improvement, in different sectors as Public, Energy, Financial, Consumer Business, Retail, Manufacturing, and Healthcare in Latin America. Key projects with CP are ISA and Grupo Energía Bogotá. Prior to joining Chazey Partners Viviana was a Manager at Deloitte Strategy and Operations. She directed and administrated more than 20 consulting projects related to Operating Model, Business Model, Organizational Transformation, Shared Services and Robotics. Viviana holds an MBA in Business Administration from a universities in the USA and Spain. Outside of work God and her family are the most important things in her life. Social services, helping children and young people in need with serious diseases is her way to give love and hope.

Juan Jaramillo

Senior IT Business Process Integration Lead

Juan joined Chazey Partners in 2020 and his main responsibility is designing and building IT organizations for shared services, as well as, reviewing and recommending different IT solutions from the technical and functional standpoint in order to support the shared services operations, he is also responsible for supporting the development of business cases from the IT perspective.

Juan has more than 14 years of experience as an IT professional. He worked for local and multinational companies rolling to perform different IT roles. He is a cofounder of a start-up dedicated to deliver software solutions for logistic optimization and fleets management. Prior to this he had the opportunity to lead the Business Intelligence execution strategy across 8 countries in Latin America in a global company dedicated to the packaging industry, delivering valuable solutions to the commercial, financial and operations leadership team.

Juan is a Computer Science Engineer from Politécnico Colombiano Jaime Isaza Cadavid, he also has a Specialization in Information Technology Management from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, he is also ITIL certified. Juan is a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician by Safe Kids Worldwide in the US, during his weekends he supports families and caregivers in how they should transport children safely.

Alex joined Chazey Partners in 2021 and has led global finance process redesign through to implementation and strategic business technology initiatives spanning finance, human resources and contact centre functions. He has over 15 years diverse experience in leading and delivering finance and technology transformation services with projects spanning multiple phases and geographies. His expertise includes delivery of largescale Oracle ERP implementations, global finance process redesign, acquisition integration – financial reporting, technology, people and processes, divestiture and global chart of account redesign and reimplementation.

He has managed global project teams across multiple geographies including The America’s, Europe and APAC. Experienced in architecting finance and technology solutions, bridging the gap between the business and technical units. Subject matter expert in business processes able to leverage technology to align with global strategic business initiatives delivering cost effective solutions. Alex is a Certified Accountant. Outside of work he is a family man supporting his children’s hobbies and sports at the weekend.

Monica Nieto

Monica has broad experience in the diagnosis of finance and human resources processes, design and implementation of Shared Services Centers into different kinds of industries from the products and services analysis, business case, design, the migration and optimization of processes and the efficiency measurement system implementation.

She worked as Processes Director in services companies leading optimization projects in Latin American branches and supported the implementation of finance and administrative processes in Shared Services Centers. Her last achievement was the implementation of the finance process in the Shared Service Center of Alicorp. Along with her team she transferred processes from different companies and countries to the Center and analyzed and implemented different initiatives to approximately 20% improved efficiency.

Monica has a degree in Industrial Engineering and this year will be get an MBA from Eafit University. She is a certified green belt six sigma and a native Spanish speaker who is fluent in English too. Monica is a happy mother of an eight years old son. She loves to work out and read, with a dream to start her own shoe design business. Monica likes to go to the beach and enjoy the ocean views.

Diana Villegas

Diana has been working with Chazey Partners for 6 years. She has participated in various business transformation and Shared Services Implementation projects in Latin America, North America, and Europe. She has over 10 years of experience in Finance, especially in General Accounting, and Internal and External Audit.

Before Chazey Partners, she worked for GroupM, the world´s largest group of advertising and media agencies, as an internal auditor and later as a commercial controller.

Diana has a bachelor´s degree in Accounting from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and an MBA from the same institution. Diana loves to travel in Mexico and around the world. She also enjoys cooking, and painting.

Torsten Schulz

Torsten Joined Chazey Partners in 2020. As the Delivery Lead he manages both functional and technical responsibilities. The functional aspect of his role includes bringing functional and subject matter experience, knowledge of leading practices, and strength in Chazey’s methodology to drive projects to a successful conclusion. The technical aspect of his role is focused on managing people, interactions, and a detailed project management plan, to ensure the overall project stays on track and meets its objectives.

Torsten is a seasoned practitioner with experience working in finance and shared services. He led automation and standardizing efforts for different processes and activities inside a SSC, which held operations for 11 different business units all over Latin America. His experience includes automations and RPA for different areas, such as procure to pay, order to cash, master data, HR, accounting, and operations.

Torsten has led an automation team and also worked as the project manager and scrum master for several projects that he oversaw. He was also involved in Operational excellence and continues improvement leading the Business intelligent team (BI). Torsten has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and it holds a Scrum product owner certification. He enjoys outdoor activities, playing tennis Tournaments and any dog friendly activity, which he can also bring his dog too. He has lived in Vancouver and during his studies he worked as a Sous-chef for a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant.

Nicolas Alzate Arias

Nicolas is a Mechatronic Engineer and Intelligent Automation Tech Lead. He has been leading his developer team for two years assuring quality and proper implementation in every process for our clients. An RPA Developer experienced with RPA Tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Pega Robotics and BluePrism. He has developed over 40 robots in UiPath Platform, implementing orchestrator, Queue management, coding best practices, versioning (GIT) and Agile practices.

Nicolas has been involved at every stage of an RPA process, like process understanding, solution design, planning, testing, code review, production phase, support, maintenance. Besides RPA, had certifications and knowledge on SQL processing, AI, Machine Learning, Image Processing, Fullstack development, .net development and R Statistics development.

Leigh joined Chazey Partners in 2021 and is responsible for overall marketing, including strategy, planning and execution, with a focus on lead generation. He also provides support to the sales teams. His previous career was working in sales in the FMCG industry for Coca-Cola and Majestic Wine. Prior to this he worked in sponsorship event sales for business conferences in Malaysia, Singapore, and Spain.

Leigh has a bachelor’s degree from Aberystwyth University. He enjoys running in Bristol to keep fit and is a Guinness World Records certificate holder for being a participant in the most users to complete a remote marathon, when he finished the virtual London Marathon in 2020.
