Chazey Partners supported the multifunctional business transformation, including technology and acquisition support, achieving over 30% cost savings.  This end-to-end project included Business Case to Design/Build/Deploy phases and consisted of the following functions: finance, information technology, human resources, legal, property management (real estate and facilities), procurement, and communications.  This Business Transformation review and implementation project included change management, organization design, process mapping/design, business analysis, benchmarking and best practice analysis
