Chazey Partners was engaged to integrate the newly acquired Worldspan business and also perform an end-to-end review of back office services. As part of this we carried out a review and made recommendations on the global HR function for Galileo, including stakeholder analysis, activity based analysis, process workshops, benchmarking, organizational design and completion of a set of recommendations and business case. We also led the integration of Worldspan’s global HR function, in preparation for, and then following, the acquisition of Worldspan by Travelport.
