Chazey Partners was engaged to perform an Operational Assessment to identify opportunities to better integrate services and move towards a Global Business Services model across service centers in Guadalajara, Mexico; Krakow, Poland; and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As part of a project focus to standardize and scale to meet global demand, RPA was identified for multiple processes.
Chazey was re-engaged to support the set up and launch of the RPA program, initially focused on the primary GBS center in Guadalajara, Mexico. This work included implementing UiPath software; developing templates, training and hands-on support for both RPA process analysis; and building several automations. Subsequently, the project expanded to include launching RPA in the other centers as well as building additional automations, including helping to develop Optimal Character Recognition (OCR) for bot automations for both A/P invoicing and other forms processing. Herbalife is looking to build on the foundation established with Chazey Partners to quickly scale their RPA program globally.
