Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) is the 6th largest bottler in the Coca-Cola system in terms of sales volume. CCI has operations in Turkey, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Jordan as well as exports to Tajikistan. CCI also has JVs in Syria and Iraq.
Chazey Partners was engaged to conduct two pieces of work during 2014. The first was to complete a “Finance as a Service” study, which defines what the potential future operating model for all of the Finance function could be. The second engagement built on the first piece of work to complete a full Business Case and Implementation plan for the transformation of both Finance and HR. This included recommendation on organization design, technology, Client Interaction Framework, process improvement, and how to realign both Finance and HR to provide strategic and value adding support and partnering to the CCI business. Scope was all of Finance and all of HR across all of CCI’s operating units and countries. Finance specifically focused on “Capability, agility, adaptability, efficiency and proactivity” and HR specifically focused on becoming more “Customer-focused, cost efficient, innovative, responsive to changing business priorities”.
