Pom joined QX in 2005 and has held multiple roles within the group\u2019s businesses in the UK, India, and Ireland. His career at QX began with roles in service delivery operations, progressing to support and lead various business functions before stepping into a strategic role. In his previous role as Chief Strategy Officer, Pom was instrumental in working closely with the Group CEO and the QX Board to focus on business strategies, client solutions, and M&A opportunities. <\/p>\n
