Adem\u00e1s, lidera la unidad global de Intelligent Automation en Chazey Partners, donde acompa\u00f1a a clientes en su recorrido hacia la automatizaci\u00f3n inteligente, integrando fuerza laboral digital, inteligencia artificial y anal\u00edtica de datos. <\/p>\n<p>Como responsable global de delivery, Chuy lidera el dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n de Centros de Excelencia en RPA (CoEs), desarrollo de bots y servicios administrados sobre diversas plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n ha liderado desde cero la puesta en marcha de centros de operaci\u00f3n, consolidando experiencia en Servicios Compartidos para procesos empresariales clave, tanto en entornos SAP como Oracle. Ha desarrollado propuestas innovadoras dentro del modelo GBS (Global Business Services), incluyendo un Centro de Excelencia en RPA y Servicios Compartidos de Marketing. Destaca su liderazgo en iniciativas estrat\u00e9gicas para optimizar la distribuci\u00f3n global de operaciones y gestionar transiciones de gran escala.  <\/p>\n<p>Chuy es Ingeniero Industrial, cuenta con un MBA por la Thunderbird School of Global Management, y ha sido columnista para Nearshore Americas y SSON. Adem\u00e1s, es titular de una patente en EE.\u202fUU. otorgada en 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Apasionado del deporte, disfruta jugar squash y salir a correr.
