Phil is the Founder and Strategic Advisor at Chazey Partners, bringing over 25 years of global leadership experience in Finance, Shared Services, Technology, and Outsourcing.<\/p>\n
Before founding Chazey Partners, Phil served as Group Vice President and CFO at Cendant TDS International, overseeing all aspects of Finance across four continents. His responsibilities included Decision Support, FP&A, Controllership, and Shared Services for both Finance and HR. <\/p>\n
Earlier in his career, Phil was VP of Finance and Corporate Controller at 3Com Corporation, where he spearheaded transformative initiatives in organizational design, technology enablement, and service delivery. He played a key role in the global rollout of ERP systems and Shared Services across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Support functions. <\/p>\n
Phil is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BA Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Exeter.
