Greene King is a British brewery established in 1799 in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. It has grown to become one of the largest British owned breweries in the UK through a series of takeovers. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 share index. Greene King has been actively expanding through a series of mergers and acquisitions; these have led to diverse processes being adopted.<\/p>\n

Chazey Partners was approached by the head of Shared Services in Greene King to carry out an optimization review of the Shared Services Operation. The project\u00a0was implemented\u00a0successfully\u00a0with month-end reporting timeline reduced\u00a0from 9 \u00bd to 5 days, which is a huge efficiency gain for Greene King.
