Founded in 1968, it currently works with 3,630 schools in 146 countries to develop and offer challenging programmes to over 1,115,000 students aged 3 to 19 years. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop programmes of international education and rigorous assessment.<\/p>\n<p>Chazey Partners was engaged to determine the operating model and roadmap for a<\/p>\n<p>Shared Services Organization (SSO) solution in the IBO that encompassed Accounts Payable,<\/p>\n<p>Accounts Receivable, Consolidations and General Ledger.\u00a0 The remit included recommendations on using an optimal mix of Insourcing and Outsourcing.
