Para lograrlo, cont\u00f3 con el acompa\u00f1amiento de Chazey Partners como socio estrat\u00e9gico en consultor\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El enfoque de Chazey Partners combin\u00f3 la estructuraci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica del modelo operativo con una robusta estrategia de Gesti\u00f3n del Cambio, orientada a asegurar el compromiso, la adaptaci\u00f3n y el empoderamiento de los equipos.
